Accountability and Reparations investigation

Our next public hearing will be the second phase of the Accountability and Reparations investigation, taking place from 26-28 November. The hearing will focus on whether the law of limitation should be reformed to make it easier for victims and survivors to bring claims in respect of non-recent child sexual abuse, as well as the potential for a redress scheme. Find out more about the investigation here.
