Inquiry Information Line Christmas 2020 opening hours

During this time, please visit our website for information, including how to share your experience with the Truth Project and the dates for doing so.

The information line will return to normal operating hours from 4 January. This will be 8am-8pm on weekdays and 10am-12pm on Saturdays.

The number is 0800 917 1000. Calls are free and do not appear on your phone bill.

With the Truth Project drawing to a close in 2021, anyone who wishes to share their experience in person will need to register for a session by Friday 8 January. 

For video call or telephone sessions, please register your interest by the end of July 2021. Anyone who wishes to share their experience in writing must do so by 15 October 2021.

The opening hours over the Christmas period are:

Thursday 24 December: 8am - 4pm

25 December - 3 January: Closed

Monday 4 January: 8am - 8pm (return to standard opening hours)
