Accountability and Reparations investigation

This public hearing is an extra sitting day in the second phase of the Accountability and Reparations investigation. The hearing will focus on whether the law of limitation should be reformed to make it easier for victims and survivors to bring claims in respect of non-recent child sexual abuse, as well as the potential for a redress scheme.
