This new section will bring together recommendations made by the Inquiry so far, setting out official responses made by institutions, as well as outlining any additional steps taken or progress made.
To date, the Inquiry has made 53 recommendations addressed to a range of institutions, including government departments and agencies.
The monitoring of responses to recommendations is part of a formal process established by the Inquiry. We expect institutions to set out how they plan to respond within six months of the recommendation being published.
The new recommendations section will be updated regularly by the Inquiry in line with institutional responses received and to reflect any additional progress made.
