The Inquiry has commissioned NatCen Social Research to provide us with a review of the most up to date research on the characteristics and behaviours of perpetrators of online-facilitated child sexual abuse (CSA). The findings will help pinpoint areas where further research is needed and help inform IICSA's investigations. They may also inform recommendations for policy and practice.
