We are holding a second preliminary hearing into the Accountability and Reparations Investigation on Tuesday 28 March at 10.30am.

The second preliminary hearing in the Accountability and Reparations Investigation will be held on Tuesday 28 March at 10.30am, in the International Dispute Resolution Centre, 70 Fleet Street, London, EC4Y 1EU. Directions: https://www.idrc.co.uk/location.aspx  

The Chair of the Inquiry will hear submissions from Counsel to the Inquiry and others on the following topics ​in relation to the Inquiry’s investigation into Accountability and Reparations:

A) General update on the investigation;

B) Scope of the public hearings for the case studies;

C) Any further applications from those designated as Core Participants.

A limited number of seats are available for press and public that will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Preliminary Hearings are open to the press and public, but none of them will be broadcast.
