Inquiry clarifies Operation Hydrant referrals

The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse has today clarified its position on the referrals it makes to Operation Hydrant.

Public hearings on the Internet investigation

The Inquiry’s first public hearings in the Internet investigation are taking place from 22 - 26 January 2018.

The Inquiry information line will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day

The Inquiry Information Line will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.  It will reopen on Wednesday 27 December from 8am to 8pm until Monday 1 January, when it will be closed. The information line will reopen on Tuesday 2 January at 8am

Inquiry brings Truth Project to Poole

New role for Inquiry's director of health portfolio

Rebecca Chaloner, the director of the health portfolio, has left the Inquiry for a new role. 

Rebecca will be taking up a position as secretary to the independent non-statutory inquiry into the malpractice of breast surgeon Ian Paterson.

The Inquiry would like to wish Rebecca well in her important new role.
